Return Time Frame

Our policy allows up to 16 days after you’ve received your order to be eligible for a return or exchange. After 16 days we are no longer able to except any returns.

 

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have tags attached, be free of any odors (good or bad) no makeup stains & or deodorant stains.

 

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for the same item if the size you are needing is still available. In order to exchange for a different product we will have to issue a refund and you can then purchase the item you are wanting.

 

Non-refundable items

All sale items are final sale!
